The new furnace that was put into the residence of Eli Meyers, on North Fifth street, is complete now in everv respect and Eli says it was the best job ever done in the city, thus giving much credit to Arthur E. Earl Snow of this office is in receipt of a copy of the Colombo, Ceylon Independent, which contains a graphic account of the disappearance and locution of Clyde Allen Dickinson, who formerly conducted u paper in Chicago and has always Is’en a friend of the Star News. He left Chicago three years ago and has recently been located in India. His story is interesting.
