While here she was the guest of Miss Margaret Hughes. Mr. and Mrs. R. K. Allison returned from Mt. Clemens last evening where Mrs. Allison was taking treatment for her health. Mr. and Mrs. Vance and family left last evening for their home at Willshire after visiting 'for a few days here with Sheriff Albert Butler and family. Chat Edington returned last evening from Jaurize, Mexico, where he has been trying to recuperate his . health. Chat is looking a whole lot | better than he did when he left.

Keller arrived this morning from Nappanee on his motor cycle the machine is a three horse power and made the trip hero in just four hours, a distance of UK miles. He is here trying to dispose of some real estate he owns in this county. K. O. Soldner has resigned bis position with the Home Correspondence school of Springfield, Mass., and is now selling dry goods and notions for W. A. McCreg, of Canton, Ohio.
