Grinstead and charges him with cruel treatment and compelling her to leave tier home. She further alleges that defendant had been absent for about twelve years and

On Monday afternoon as Mrs. Loyd Campbell was driving to Coatesville. when about two miles from home Ir-r horse became frightened at a dog and turned suddenly and by so doing threw Mrs. Campbell out. Site sustained several bruises but no bones were broken. It so happened a young rnan was driving along the road at the tuno and be, with assistance, got Iter in his buggy and brought her home where tit last accounts she was doing well. It was » narrow escape from death or serious injury. The horse wrecked the buggy on a telephone pole after running a mile. Any recent news items, of interest to the public will be thankfully received by J. W. Ragan, correspondent from this place. Our schools are progressing in an acceptable manner. MT. PLEASANT.
