There has been much controversy and argument as to the credit of first developing the clew that led to the solution of the Ft. Thomas mystery. Story of tho Murder.
The latest news from Cincinnati does not change matters much. The head has not been found and the feeling is just about the same. Parties who arrived from Cincinnati this morning state that the excitement there is increasing hourly. The theory ol the police at Cincinnati now is that a drug was administered to Miss Bryan in the saloon and then taken to Ft. Thomas in a carriage. Arrived near Ft. Thomas, the girl was taken from the vehicle and to the spot where her body was found. It is believed she had to be carried there. According to physicians, the coca ne s, 1 tion would produce a state of coma, but would hardly kill. If in a state of coma, she could not walk. Another point in favor of the theory that she was eairied is the fact that her overshoes were free from mud, while to have reached the spot it would lie neress try for her to pass through mud. It was a rainj* night. The unconscious girl s companion or compan
