Every business man in this country will acknowledge that this year has been a very dull year, and although my business has been very large (being twenty five per cent above the average) yet 1 have several thousand dollars worth of goods more than I wish to carry over to next year, and rather than do so have decided to offer my entire stock at above price. Many will try to make you believe that in order to make such prices I have raised the price; in answer to this I would say that I have not changed the price of an article in my entire stock All goods are marked in plain figures and after buying an article if you don’t find the regular price (say nothing about the one-half off) lower than same goods will cost you elsewhere, you can return the same and receive your money, also please remember that you are not buying of a stranger. I have been in business in Greencastle for twenty-one years and will hack what l say by my reputation. I quote a few prices on some articles and all others will be sold at same rate.
