“Going into a decline.” how often do we hear this expression. What does it meant It means that people are losing flesh, growing thin, wasting. The way to correct this condition is to improve the digestion. The condition arises from an inability to eat and digest food. In fact food does morn
i harm than good because it ferments and 1 putrefles in the stomach, developing ! poisonous substances which when ab-
j sorbed cause various disorders. What is required is that the stomach

A dispatch from Linton, Ind., says: “Again the Monon people are considering the project of building a railroad that will tap the coal fields in and about Linton. A C., by way of Bowling Green, Jasonyille and Linton, thence southeast, intersecting the E. A I. or the B. A B at Switz City. The coal field is the objective point, and the output of the island City coal fields is the lut plum that the Monon is seeking. Engineer Foster passed over the proposed line last Friday and Sat urday and secured such information as could be obtained by a short and hurried visit. The output of the six coal mines was noted at Linton and other information was obtained which will he of great importance in securing the road.
