Victim* of tlie Streetcar Accident. Pittsburg, Oct. 15.—The death last night of Professor Alexander Phillips swells the number of killed by the streetcar accident of Sunday night to five. Three more deaths are probable. Michael Foley and wife were removed from their home to the hospital last night, and are in a very critical condition. Two Men Dead.

Boisk City, Oct. 15.—A double killing occurred at Did marks last night. Hank Anderson, while intoxicated, quarreled with and killed his partner, named Brisbee. Deputy Sheriff Scadden later attempted to arrest Anderson. The latter tired on him, whereupon Bcadden killed him.
