>lr. Holler Acquitted. Friends of Mi. Frank Roller of Newman, 111., have received eond news from liim. lie had Ids preliminary trial tiiere and was tri nmpluinth acquitted. The ijirl in the ease got mixed in her dates and an alibi was proved by R'dler in both eases. It is further said that the girl’s attorneys were quite anx- ' ions to compromise the ease, but i Frank wouldn't have it that way. He went into a trial and the judge seeing the drift of the ease threw it out of court. Mr. Roller writes that he will return to Greencastle to commencement and will again attend school here next year. His friends here will be glad to learn what they have believed all along, that there was nothing in the sensational charges made at Newman.
