The complaint is in several paragraphs and alleges that the defendants alienated the affections of the late wife of the plaintiff, Mrs Lily Durham Wampler. It also alleges that she died of morphine poison taken with suicidal intent and that although the defendants were w arned they neglected to keep close watch upon her.
