Preparations are being made for another gymnasium exhibition to be given in the near future. Dr. Brown and the surveying classes worked in vain on Sunset Hill for a prospective athletic park, the boys being unable to overcome the legal complications which hold the property. The class spent thirty-two hours in tin* survey and found that (!03.1 cubic yards of earth would have to be removed. An average of five feet and -even inches must he cut away and tilled over the entire field. The hills were* too high, being 20c and 2ic per cubic yard. Property in the east end of town is now in contemplation. The perseverance of the projectors is certainly commendable.
