Mrs, Ida Reiser also brings three suits, one against Daniel Craft, one against Joseph Evans, and one against Wm. Evans. She complains of the same slanderous ut-

wife of John W. Reiser; that she lias always been a good character, and that the language attributed to the defendants was uttered maliciously to injure her fair name. The utterances are alleged to have come from the Evans boys and Craft, and to have inferred that Booe and Mrs. Reiser were caught

Company I has been asked foi a contribution to the fund for purrhasing a library and silver service for the battleship ‘ Indiana,” and will eive a play entitled ‘•Tin Soldiers” at Blake’s opera house next Saturday evening.
