At a meeting of the Athletic board, Prof. Roche's manager and Mr. Blake, the manager of the opera house, last evening, it was decided that the hoard would have noth ing to do with the Roche entertainments to be given here next week. This is the outgrowth ol the fact that Mr. Blake becomes manager of the whole affair, he having secured Prof. Roche for the whole week. The tiling looks rather pale all around and it seems that the actions of the professor are anything hut the actions he should have toward the students, who so willingly helped him out in his former entertainment here and made his work a success. Besides the entertainment is booked for the worst week of the whole year. K being examination week. Had the trouble not come up it is doubtful whether there would have been a very laiue attendance of students, on ate.>uni of the examinations,
