The Pennsylvania passenger department east of Pittsburg is taking hold of the new train with a good deal of enthusiasm, as it has been a favorite idea with George W. Boyd, general passenger agent of the lines east of Pittsburg, to run such a tram. No. 20 will probably be put back on its old time, arriving from the west at Indianapolis at 2 :45 p. m.

The rituals used by the two organizations are nearly the same, and are very beautiful when carried out as they were last night. Capt. Fee was the installing officer. The post and corps were called to order at 7:30 hy the post commander, Alvan M. Maxson. After the transaction of some business, the officers of the post re signed their chairs to the ladies, who installed their officers first. They are as follows: President, Mrs. Jacobs; senior vice pres.. Mrs. Donnohue; junior vice pres., Mrs. Denny; chaplain, M rs. Kcllar; sec. Mrs. Ijirch; conductress, Mrs. Gray; asst, conductress, Miss Rader; treas., Mrs. Mathers; guard. Mrs. Stanley. Mrs. Hays was chosen organist, and Mrs. Ashton assistant. After the completion of the ritual of the corps, the old officers of the post resumed their chairs and installed their new offi-
