The Greencastle Gun Club, in tiie interests of the perpetuation of the quail, should offer a reward for violaters of the game laws. This would stop the pot-hunters. The “spike” among the girls is
made a grand spurt out that fine street. The fire was in the kitchen of James Matthews’ residence and burned the paper about a stovepipe and scorched the wall to some extent. The women of the neighborhood exhausted their efforts before they sent in the alarm, as the fire was too much for them, Mrs. Matthews finally extinguishing it, however. After an hour of greeting and pleasant conversation the company adjourned to Pfeiffer’s, where an excellent banquet was in waiting. All report it an enjoyable affair. Bishop Coburn will visit the university tomorrow. There will be no recitations at the eleven o'clock hour. This time will he devoted by the bishop with an address to the students.
