Dr. G. AV. Poole, of Russellville, will move to this city within the next two or three weeks, and will locate in the rooms formerly occupied by Dr, J. R. Leatherman. Dr. Poole has been in Russellville six years, having studied here with Dr. Evans. It is not generally known that the late congress passed an act em powering fourth-class postmasters to administer oaths to pensioners and their witnesses the same as no taries, public and other officers having seals, the postmaster to use his official seal on the documents.
