Timks is to be congratulated for assisting the clerks in their early closing movement. I like the plan immensely. Formerly my husband would go to work at six o’clock in the morning and stay until ten at night. This wasn't because he wanted to stay away, but because others did the same thing, thus forcing him. The new plan gives me two hours more time daily with my husband, and both are highly pleased and better off for it
