It'n Now Democratic.

The Greeneastle postoflice is now democratic. Yesterdav at ten o’clock the lobby was locked up and a sign reading as follows was posted on the plate glass tront: “Lobby closed; invoicing; goodbye; very respectfully, J. McD. Hays.” That told the story. The invoice was made, business cheeked up and the final transfer occurred. Mr. Hays and his assistants step down and out after having given the citizens of Greeneastle an administration that has been upright, clean, accommodating and courteous. A good postmaster is the record made hy Mr. Hays, and the remark voices the sentiment of every mail receiver at the office, republican or democrat. The Banner Times wishes to publicly add
