It will he remembered when old Mrs. Murphy was murdered in North Greencastle she left a will giving her property to George. Hathawey. Mary Murphy brines suit against Executor Kiefer and Mr. Hathaway. The plaintiff is represented by Messrs. Williamson 1 and Neff and the defendents by S. A. Hays and Jonathan Birch. Mr. Hathaway in ease the will stands , will oiler $200 reward for the ap- I prehension of the party who killed Mrs Murphy.
