Drummond, was born in Ohio, November 24, 1835, and died in Decatur, In liana, July 27, 1890, aged sixty years, eight months and three days. She came to Indiana at the age of three year*. She was married to Isaiah Middleton August 24, 1854, to this union was born eight children, three of whom are dead. She leaves an aged mother, sous ami daughters to mourn. She joined the U. B. church when young, and remained a faithful member until death. Mother endured her suffering for nine long months without a murmur or complaint. She bad a desire i to get well, but said “the Lord’s will be I done.” During the last few hours she talked of loved ones gone on before and said she saw them in heaven, calling them i by their name, and said she was ready to enter in. F'uneral services were held at| lite I’. B. church July 29 at two o’clock p. m., by Rev. W. H. Shepherd assisted by Rev. E.T. Gregg of the Methodist church. Interment east of the city. W. H.
