Kintz commended work this morning on setting of the grade stakes along Monroe street, in order to help the contractor, iE. Woods in finishing the bricking of ! said street. The stakes being set ifrom the west end of Monroe street [starting at the east line of Mann st., Und then running east to the Grand Rapids depot.
