Your petitioners ask your honorable body that said highway above described be drained and graded and that broken stones be placed upon the grades and that upon said broken stond there be placed Stone screen ings and that this improvement be made exclusively of crushed stone and screenings. Your petitioners further ask that highway above described be improved to the width to which it is now established that being about 32 feet and that said highway above described be graded to a width of 24 feet and that broken stone be placed thereon to a width of 10 feet and to a depth of 8 inches at the sides thereof and to a depth of 10 inches in the center thereof and that crushed Stone screenings be placed thereon to a depth of four inches upon such broken stone and that said improvements be made of single track and that the name of the same be Martin Reinking Macadamized Road. That to pay for said improvement we ask that bonds be issued by the County of Adams, in the State of Indiana, payable semi-annual installments or series and for the payment of which we ask that a tax be levied upon the taxable property of "said Preble township in a sufficient amount to pay the interest and principal of said bonds as they become due. That said improvement be made and constructed and that said bonds be issued and that said tax be levied upon taxable property of said township, and said situated therein, in accordance with the a*ts of the Legislature of the State of Indiana, passed in the year of 1905, beginning cm Page 550 and as amended in the Acts of 1907 and as amended in the Acta dt 1909 for the extension of free gravel or macadam roads and all other and any other amendments thereto.
