We, the undersigned, each and all of whom are adult resident freeholders t your honorable body and ask that you construct and complete a free macadamised stone road, in said Township, ever and* upon the public highway situated oft the following route, to-wlt: Commencing at the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of section twenty-four (24) township twen-ty-six (26), north range fourteen (14) east, in Adams County, Indiana, running thence west through the center of section twenty-three (22), and section twenty-two (22), and terminating at the southwest corner of the northwest quarter of said section twentytwo (22), township twenty-elx (26). north range fourteen east. i Tour petitioners aver and say that the improvement prayed for is less than three miles in length, connects at both ends with a free macadam road In said township, and that a United States Rural Mail Route passes over said highway.
