BOND SUIT AT BLUFFTON. The Sixby & Grimme Case Venued to Wells County. A suit was filed in circuit court here today on change of venue from Adams county in which the firm of Sixbey & Gramme, and William A. Fields, Frederick Grumme and W. B. Hale, are made defendants in an action brought by Thomas E. Kranor. This suit is the outgrowth ot a replevin suit filed in Adams county last June by Sixbey & Grumme to recover some oil lease fixtures which were in the possession of Kranor and to which they held that they were entitled. The firm of Sixbey & Grumme conducted a foundry in Portland. When they filed a replevin suit against Kranor. Fields, Grumme and W. B. Hale gave surety bond before the property was removed. When the case was tried Kranor won the suit, but he alleges now that Sixbey & Grumme never returned the replevined property and he was never reimbursed by tuem or their bondsmen. He is now suing on their bond for costs and damages and asks for a judgment of $550. The case was filed by Decatur attorneys.—Bluffton News. .— o — John S.
