We ask that said proposed road be constructed with double track by placing Macadam on one side of center of said road. DESCRIPTION OF MONROE TOWNSHIP CENTRAL EXTENSION N • - Commencing at the north-west rner of section thirty-four 134) in t vrship twenty-six (26) north. fourten (14) east, in Adams county Indiana, thence running east on the station line bet wen sections 2 7 and 1 and sections 26 and 35. to the motheast corner of section thirty-five < > or to the intersection with the '’nk Grove and Pleasant Valley mai-adam road and there to terminate. The same being an extension of Monroe township Central macadam road. The length of the proposed imp: vement is 10.725 feet, or 2.05 miles ROADWAY, GRADE. ETC. The roadway must be clear of fences, trees, stumps, logs and all other rubbish of whatsoever nat » e it may be. All stumps must be grubbed out n drains or on grade. The right-of-way shall be forty «4c»> feet in width. If at any time during the constru - tion of or before the final acceptance of the same, the grade should settle the contractor shall fill all depressions and restore the same to the original specifications. The grade shall be of the douMo trai k system and of a uniform width of twenty-six iu‘6) feet from shoulder to shoulder with a slope of four G! inches from eenter to either side.
