At station 174 be two abutments with eighteen 18 feet face and four eight 8 teet wings, said abutments and winze to be built seven 7 feet high, to be three 3 leet thick in lower three 3 feet and battered six 6 Inches in upper four 4 feet. Said abutments to be constructed of lime stone not less than six 6 inches thick and every other course to extend though the wail and to be laid up ai specified for bulk-heads coping to be not less than six 6 inches thick and to extend entirely across the wall and project three 3 inches over face of abutments and wings.
