At a meeting of the board of directors of Taylor University, at Upland, this state, on Wednesday, contribution amounting to $250,000.00 were received. The money will lie used to upbuild the school 'and make it the greatest school of its kind in the country. The purpose of the university is to train missionaries for work in foreign lands, although a regular collegiate course of instruction is given besides. Notice to Wheelmen.
