Indiana, that the undersigned, a male inhabitant of Hartford township, Adams county, Indiana, over the age of twenty-one years and a continuous resident of said township for more than ninety days last past, will make application to the board of county commissioners of Adams county, state of Indiana, at the next regular session thereof, to be begun and holden at the court house at Decatur, in said county and state, on the first Monday of September, 1901, the same being the second day of September. 1901, for license to sell spirituous. vinous, malt and other intoxicating liquors in a less quantity than a quart at a time with the privilege of allowing the same to be drank on the premises where sold, for the period of one year, on *he first floor of the two story frame building, situated on the following described real estate. We. the undersigned viewers and engineer, appointed by your honorable l>oard. at the May term, 1908. and in pursuance to the within order, proceeded to lay out and make estimates for an improvement as prayed for in said petition, and would respectfully submit the following report. We further find that the construction of the proposed improvement in accordance with the plans and specifications herein set forth would be of public benefit and utility. We find no claims for damages of any kind whatever. We further estimate the cost of the proposed Improvement to be 55,000.(4) DESCRIPTION.
