Ind., who had his neck dislocated several weeks ago while at work in his new mill, northeast of Cicero. Two of the vertebra s at the base of the neck were curled up in one of the small cavities produced by the fracture. The cord was straightened out and the vertebrae 1 replaced as far as possible.
