Bert Hart had been making John Ward’s store his loafing place, and his presence became so annoying that Mr. Ward offered him $1 per month if he would remain away. Hart remained away 18 months and then presented his bill for $lB, which Ward refused to pay. Hart sued it and lost, the justice holding that there was no consideration received or paid the contract was void.
