Bolds for assault and battery with intent was called up in the Jay circuit court yesterday and is being tried. A number of witnesses and lawyers from this place are in attendance at the trial. A young daughter of H. M. Romberg had the misfortune to receive a broken arm last Friday morning. She was playing on the fence and accidently fell off, breaking both bones of the left wrist. Dr. J. S. Boyers attended her and she is improving nicely.
