The Automobile Club of America, with principal offices in New York City, has been incorporated by the seereeary of state at Albany. The purpose is to maintain a social club devoted to automobilism and to its development throughout the country. A French aeronaut has invented a “balloon bridge,” which is not a bridge sustained by balloons in the air, but supported by small balloons or air- bags on the surface of the water.
