Holthouse, Callow & Co. j This is the season of the year when a fellow’s fancies lightly turn to shirt waists, sailor hats and ice cream. A pretty girl in a tailor-made skirt, a bright shirt waist and a jaunty sailor hat, is typically American, the bewitching advance agent of summer, the darling of the young man's heart and the bachelor’s delight. The man who does not capitulate at the sight of a fresh shirt waist is fit only to become an Arctic explorer or an ice man. He Fooled the Surgeons.
