1 Mr. and Mrs. Fred Schafer were at Fort Wayne last Friday. Charles Beehtol of Hoagland spent Sunday with friends in the city. John Schugg of Berne, was a business visitor in the city last Saturday. Paul G. Hooper, the attorney, transacted business at Fort Wayne Friday afternoon, Mrs. C. M. Kenyon and family left last Saturday for Redkey, where they will join Mr. Kenyon. Marie Beery, a voung daughter of Daniel Beery, broke her left arm last Friday evening by falling. A. R. Pierce of Fort Wayne, was in the city Sunday to attend the funeral ceremonies of his old friend, Henry Winnes. Excursions to Toledo on Sundays, June 4 and 11. James Eli Fisher, son of Calvin Fisher of Wabash, under sentence of eeath upon the charge of murder in Montana, has been reprieved by the governor of that state until June 5.
