Judge Heller transacted legal business at Fort Wayne Friday. A party of business men are spending the week at Colon, Michigan, Hon. John T. There is not much doubt but that the revenue law will be a constant source of annoyance to bankers on account of the stamp tax on checks, drafts, etc. There are always people who want a good deal, and many of them will expect the banker to put on the stamp.
