Rinehart Monday night. Fisher & Frysinger have another car load of horses ready for export and they will be shipped to foreign markets in a few days. Ben Knapke has opened his beer garden for this season. It is a lovely resort, surrounded by beautiful shade trees and seated j with ru-tic chairs. Seats free and everybody’ welcomed. His beer is always, fresh and foaming. Miss Mary Meyers entertained a number of young friends at her home Tuesday evening in honor of Hugh Croxton of Fort Wayne. The handsome residence was a scene of gaity until a late hour, when the guests departed for their homes. The ninety days limit will expire next Wed nesday, and the board points out that a physician licensed under the old law who does not receive a certificate from the new board by that date will be liable to prosecution for violating the law. More than one thousand practicing physicians have failed to apply 7 for license. It has been discovered by the Iward that a number of men who are incompetent to practice medicine have graduated from some medical college and hold licenses issued by countv clerks. It will not be possible to prevent these from obtaining license under the law. The physicians of this city have all made application for certificates under the new law and nearly all of them have received the required certificates.
