And yet thousands of women are so .afflicted. In spite of all they can do this continues to grow worse, or at least grow no better. Tooth-brushes and breath perfume seem of no avail. The reason of their failure is. in the majority of cases at least, they do not know the cause of their trouble. Per-
haps the most trequenr cause of unpleasant breath is catarrh. The in,’animation of tin- mucous membrane of moech -and throat cfiseolors the -feeth, coats the tongue, causes Ihe lips lo become harsh ami sore, ami imparts a .more or less disgreeable odor to the breath. Such a-eondition must bi* an extreme annovance to the women whose instincts are naturally dainty; and she would do anything in her power to overcome it. To all such women, the word that Pe-ru-na will absolutely cure catarrh, will therefore be good news. Pe-ru na. bv removing the catarrh, sweetens the breath and causes healthy secretions to take the places of the irritating oijes which have been the cause of so much discomfort. The teeth are easily cleaned and the effects of a brisk brushing remain. The tongue resumes its natural color and the unhealthy coating disappears. Catarrh of the stomach is also often the cause of foulbreat h. Pe-ru-na cures catarrh wherever located. <A book of 64 instructively illustrated pages on catarrh, of which Dr. Hartman is author, will be sent free to any address for a short time by the Pe-ru-na Drug Manufacturing Compatiy.
