Whereas, The Common Council of the Citv of Decatur, Indiana, at regular meetings held on the 6tn day of March. 1894 and on the 3rd day of April, 1894, extended the corporate limits of said city over certain platted and onplotted terrritorv laying west of and contiguous to the City of Decatur, and Whereas, It is necessary that the boundary lines of certain Wards, iff the City of Decatur, be extended in accordance with such action of thwUouncil; therefor Sec. 1. ®e it ordained, that the boundary line of Third Ward In said City, be and the same is hereby extended westward so as tu take in and inelude ail that real estate not now a parr of said Ward whihch lays north of Monroe street, and that ah such real estate so taken Into said Ward shall, and is hereby declared to be a part of Third Ward, and the residence thereof shall exercise the right of franchise in said Ward.
