French Township Itemi. Jeff NeuenschWunder, and Joseph Tanner, the boss threshers of this township, are about through threshing for this season. School will begin in this township one week from next Monday, Mrs Abe Biebersteln, is quite sick with dropsy. Ulrich Bischoff, contemplates going to Michigan in the near future. Jacob Meyer and wife and Christ Neuenschwander and wife will take in the World’s Fair this week. Christian Gerber, Jr.. Ben Gerber, Albert Meyers, and Simon Neuenschwander, left for Chicago, last Saturday. They took with them forty eight pounds of bologna and corned beef. David Syichiger, and Jonas Neuenschwander, will start for tho World’s Fair next Saturday Public Sales. The undersigned J. W. Sullivan recently told a friend that he would challenge the winner of the Corbett-Mitchell fight. Sullivan believes the Englishman will win. New Form of Marriage Service.
