Notice to Electric JuUi Contractors. Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of the City of Decatur, Indiana, will receive bids for the furnishing for the city a system of electric lights to be owned and operated by the contractor. All bids must be filed with the Council before 7:30 o’clock p. m. on Tuesday, February’’!, 1593, All blds are to be made upon the basis of twenty lights of 3000 candle power, and to be lighted according to the moonlight schedule. All blds must be accompanied by a good ami sufficient bond in the sum of f6OO 00, signed at least by one resident real estate owner, and conditioned that the bidder will enter Into a contract and tiond for the furnishing the lights in accordance with the bid for the term of three yehrs.
