OSLO, Norway (UPD—A Norwegian air force captain has been arrested and charged with spying for a foreign power, it was announced today. >A communique issued by air force chief Lt. Gen. Wilhelm Mohr said the captain had been held since Dec. 2. The communique did not give the officer’s name nor identify the country for which he allegedly spied. But informed sources said the captain has admitted selling secrets to a Soviet military attache. They said he was stationed at the Tygge air force base south of Oslo and had access to classified material. “The case is at present under police investigation,” the air force communique said. “At the present stage of investigation, the case does not seem to be of a serious character.”
