I’m your friend, Delmas (Mike) Bollenbacher, your Adams county commissioner, third district, representing southern Adams county! During the past three years, while I have been county commissioner, more county roads have been blacktopped . . . more bridges built and widened ... more recreational facilities created ... and more county responsibilities economically planned than in any other time in Adams county history. My reelection means a continuation of sound, practical responsible government... I promise to use my past experience to the best advantage for Adams county, if elected to a second term. Your Democratic Friend: “Mike” Bollenbacher Pol. Advt.
