(UPI) — Six persons were killed and three were injured Tuesday night when a convertible went out of control. on the Pennsylvania Turnpike near here sailed over a steel medial barrier and slammed head-on into a station wagon. Turnpike officials said it was the worst accident in the history of the high-speed, fourlane highway — the first of its kind in the country. State police said the accident occurred about 8:30 p.m. EDT about three miles west of the Beaver Valley Interchange and 30 miles northwest of Pittsburgh. They said the convertible, traveling east, went out of control while passing another car, then cleared the three-foot barrier which was installed just two years ago to prevent crossover accidents. Five of the dead were riding in the convertible. They were identified as Jerry Tinsley, 18, the driver'; Parnell L. Days, 17; Morris B. Lanier, 18, and Robert C.
