BLESSED ARE THE MEEK • Rev. James R. Meadows The record of Christ’s life shows us that He was meek, without beweak. All true followers of Him must walk the way of meekness. Because we have a Gospel that is adequate for every human need, an experience we would share with every non-Christian in the world, we sometimes feel quite superior. splendid testimony is spolied by an attitude of spiritual pride. We are inclined to thank God that we are not as the poor sinner who has not had our experience. And the Christian leader has difficulty in proceeding with self-confindence and certainty of final victory with- ■ out being proud and boastful. Let • us not forget that the earth will be inherited by the meek and not by the boastful. Don’t fail to be in the church of your choice next Sunday and every Sunday possible.
