The court is composed of nine judges, elected by the student body, and has jurisdiction in questions arising under the constitution and bylaws of student government and under the social standards and regulations of the college. An active student on the Franklin campus, this year Bentz has been a student council representative. In his fraternity, Phi I Delta Theta, he has served as recording secretary and was recently elected alumni secretary i for the fall semester of next ( school year. He is the son of ■ Mr. and Mrs. Roger Bentz. A sophomore at Franklin he is a I 1962 graduate of Berne high school.
