In a 1:30 p.m. ceremony Saturday at the Immaculate Conception church, Celina, 0., marriage vows were exchanged by JoAnn Catherine Weitzel, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Aloys J. Weitzel, Willshire, 0., and Leßoy Dee Fel- ~~ Wedding music was provided by the ladies choir and Mrs. Gerald Fleck, aunt of the bride. Arrangements of white gladioluses and tangerine carnations graced the communion railing of the church. A white carpet graced the way to the altar. The Rev. Eugene Schmidt officiated. The bride, given in marriage by her father, appeared in a gown of lustre satin over bridal hoops. The fitted bodice was fashioned with a scoop neckline edged with motifs of alencon, and long tapered sleeves. The' belled skirt was accented with alencon motifs and a chapel-length train. Her bouffant veil of English ..illusion was held to a crown trimmed with seed pearls. The bridal bouquet was a cascade arrangement of white butterfly roses and ivy centered with a white cattelya orchid. Attendants to the bride were Mrs. Rose Mary Heitkamp, matron of- honor, and the Misses Mary Jane and Rose Ann Weitzel as bridesmaids. The attendants wore floor-length velveteen gowns of hibiscus and limonges blue. The fitted bodice featured a boat neckline and elbow-length sleeves. A satin bow and cummerband trimmed the waistline and leather shoes matched their dresses. They also wore white fur muffs with arrangements of tangerine carnations and foliage. Edgar Heitkamp stood as best man, with David Weitzel and Robert Wint as groomsman. Guests Were seated by Robert Williams and Gerald Schoen. The bride’s mother chose a blue

wool sheath dress with rounded neckline and matching jacket with three-quarter length sleeves. Black accessories and a corsage of white cymbidium completed her ensemble. The mother of the groom selected a beige imported brocade sheath costume with a sweetheart neckline. She also wore brown accessories and a corsage of green cymbidiums. Following the wedding supper a reception was held at the Celina American Legion hall. After a short wedding trip, for which the bride changed to a blue wool dress with matching accessories, the couple will reside on. route 1, Celina, O. The new Mrs. Felver is a graduate of Immaculate Conception high school and is employed at Mersman Bros. Inc. 1 Her husband is a graduate of Willshire high school and is employed at the Willshire Herald. - MISS TONYA TOMBLESON HONORED WITH PARTIES , Miss Tonya Tumbleson, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Bill Tumbleson, route 2, Decatur was guest of honor at a birthday party for her 4th birthday, November 7. Refreshments of cake and ice cream were served to Mr. and Mrs. Glen Clark, Jess Tubleson, Mns. Mattie Tumbleson, Mrs. Agnes Carver and Master Todd Tumbleson. November 9, a party was given for Miss Tubleson with several of her friends invited to enjoy the games and ice crpam and cake. Those present were Laura Bieberich, Tracey Meyers, Kathy Gerber, Kim and Tracey Clifton, Gregg Williamson, Don Clifton, Mark and Jeff Harvey, and Todd Tumbleson. Many lovely gifts were received.

Janice to Larry Wise, son of Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Wise, Wren, O. Miss Heller is a graduate of Crestview .mi Ea senior at Ball Slate Teachers College. Her fiance is a graduate of Wren high school and is employed by the International Harvester company. The couple will be married December 28 in the Evangelical United Brethren church, Wren.
CLUB COLLECT OPENS MEETING The ONO Home Demonstration club met Wednesday evening at the home of Mrs. Don Menter. The meeting was opened with the club collect. Fifteen members answered roll call by telling “how I’d like to change my kitchen.” Mrs. Jim Merriman read the secretary and treasurer’s reports. Mrs. Paul Busse. Jr., gave the devotions using a poem entitled “Thought for Thanksgiving,” and a prayer for Thanksgiving. The song leader led the group in singing the song of the month, “Over the River and Through the Woods.” A letter was read concerning the mental health drive. Members were urged to attend the lecture on “Meeting the Communist Challenge” to be held at the Community Center, November 18 at 8' p.m. The annual Christmas carry-in dinner will be held .December 11 at the home of Mrs. Morris Krueckeberg, with Mrs. Jim Merriman as' co-hoste&s. The meat will be furnished. Secret pal names ‘ will be revealed with the Christmas exchange. A candelight ceremony was conducted to install the officers for the coming year. During the social hour games and contests were enjoyed with prizes awarded the winners, Delicious refreshments were served to the members and three guests, Mrs.

MOOSE TO SPONSOR HAM & TURKEY SUPPER The Moose lodge is sponsoring a ham and turkey supper to be served by the Women of the Moose Saturday from 5 until-7 p.m. Reservations are to be made by Thursday.
