The inheritance tax appraiser’s report was submitted, finding the net value of the estate' to be $28,808.10, and that tax is due in the sum of $128.08. It was ordered by the court that Adams county should be allawed the sum of $10.25. to be allowed the sum of $10.25, to u’-er. being eight per cent of the total tax due and payable. Mailing Proof Filed In the William Alfather estate, proof of mailing of notice to all persons interested in the matter of determination of inheritance tax was filed. Submitted was the inheritance tax appraiser's report, finding the net value of the estateto be* $60,306.47, and that tax is due <ji the sum of $1,039.19. It was ordered by the court that Adams county be allowed $83.13 as inheritance tax appraiser’s fees, to be certified to the county treasurer, being eight per cent of the total tax due and payable in the estate. Divorce Case On a motion of the defendant, the plaintiff’s motion to make the defendant's cross-complaint more specific was set for hearing and determination at 9.30 a.m. on October 10, in the Jackson Orrick vs. Mildred Orrick divorce case. Amended Complaint In the case of Arthur D. Suttles vs. Val-U-Dress-Shops, .Inc., an amended complaint for damages was filed and on a motion by thep laintiff, the defendant was ruled to answer.
