The Trinity Evangelical Lutheran church, Fort Wayne, was the scene of a double ring wedding ceremony Sunday afternoon. A white aisle carpet led the way to an altar banked with palms and baskets of white gladioluses and pompom mums. Joined in holy wedlock were Miss Judith Shoaf, daughter of Mr .and Mrs. Harold Shoaf, route 6, and Edward William Mosshammer, son of Mr. and Mre. Harold Mosshammer, 2012 Jessie avenue, Fort Wayne. Miss Elaine Leimer presented a pre-nuptial musicale and while the couple knelt Miss Kathy Shoat sang “The Lord’s Prayer.’’ Given in marriage by her father the bride chose, a gown of silk organza over taffeta. The molded bodice was fashioned with a scoop neckline and long sleeves that tapered to points over her hands. Re-embroidered alencon lace adomed the bodice and was carried onto the front of the very bouffant skirt. The skirt featured inverted pleats that flowed into a full chapel length train. The bride carried an arrangement of white carnations and red roses affixed atop a white satin covered Bible. Her very bouffant veil of silk illusion was held to a crown of seed pearls. Miss Kathy Shoaf, sister of the bride, served as maid of honor. She selected a street length dress of crystal peau satin in emerald green. The molded bodice featured a scoop neckline and elbow-length sleeves. The dome shaped skirt was fashioned with a high waistband with a self-fabric rose caught

Miss Janie Shoaf was junior bridesmaid and was dressed identical to the honor attendant. • For her duaghter’s wedding Mrs. Shoaf chose a costume suit of lace over taffeta with brown accessories and a corsage of light green glamillias. Mrs. Mosshammer, mother of the groom, appeared in a silk sheath dress in mint green beige accessories and a corsage with beige accessories and a corsage of light green glamellias. James Pepplar stood as best man with Dick Young and Earl Mann seating the guests. Gale Mosshammer served as junior groomsman. Immediately following the ceremony. a reception was held in the church social room for approximately 150 guests. Serving at the reception were Miss Carol Luginbill and the Mersdames James Tumbleson, Earl Yoder, James Gay, and Richard Day. For a wedding trip through the New England states the new Mrs. Mosshammer was wearing a midnight blue suit with black accessories and a corsage from her bridal bouquet. WILLIAM NOLL REUNION HELD SUNDAY The annual William Noll reunion was held Sunday at McCormick Park, Fort Wayne, beginning with a basket lunch at noon. Following the meal a short meeting was called to order by the president, Karl Johnson. The minutes were read by Miss Vivian Nqll prior to an election of officers. Richard Young was elected president, Alvin Goddard, vice president, and Lowell Noll, secretary-treasurer. A vote of thanks was extended to Mrs. Larry Bailer and Mrs. Lawrence Noll for their work in preparing books containing the family history that were given to each family present. HAPPY HOMEMAKERS MEET RECENTLY Happ.v Homemakers Home Demonstration club met Tuesday evening at the home of Mrs. Herbert Hawkins near Berne for their regular meeting. Mrs. Sheldon Wagley, president, opened the meeting with the group repeating the club creed, followed by devotions given by Mrs. George Thomas. She read two selections entitled, “In the Press of Business" and “At Sunset.” Mrs. Earl Harmon reviewed the song of the month, “I’ll Take You Home Kathleen," and led the group in singing it. Mrs. Kenneth Parrish, lesson leader for the evening, presented the remainder of the lesson of freezing food at home. She also gave information on "Family Food Needs.“ stressing the importance of breakfast. Other points of interest emphasized included the fact that the w e 11-known "basic seven" has been combined into a "basic four." the meat group, the milk group, the fruit and vegetable group, and the bread and cereal group, Mrs. Parrish also pointed out that more housewives' diets are inadequate than any other group. Mrs. Clifford Roe gave the citizenship lesson entitled, "These Freedoms Are Guaranteed." Roll call was answered by eleven members telling "how parentis can help the teacher.” The president then made several announcements conforthcoming meetings. October 15. there will be a Christmas workshop from 1 to 3 p.m. at the Farm Bureau building in Monroe. November 18 will be an open meeting at the Community Center in Decatur At the close of the
