A question and answer period will be included in this session, which will be followed by free bowling for those taking part in the clinic. Presently, there are two women's afternoon leagues organized, with the TV. Guides league scheduled to begin this Wednesday afternoon. This league consists of four bowlers per team, and according to league president Edna Hite, there is an opening for just one more team to complete the 10-team league. As the style show is planned for this Thursday, the Coffee league will get underway Sept. 12. However. there will be a brief meeting of this league at 12:30 prior to the style show. Since the school lunch hours and afternoon dismissal times have been changed, times for both leagues will have to be slightly reorganized for those mothers who have small children to pick up after school. Thirteen teams are now complete for Thursday, with three more team openings available.. Women interested in either of the afternoon leagues are urged to contact Gwen Mies immediately so that proper arrangements can be made. Some interest has been shown in a women’s morning league, which will be discussed at the style show Thursday. Approximately six teams of three women each would be needed to form a league of this kind. For further information on this league too, women are asked to contact Mrs. Mies. As in the past, a supervised nursery for pre-school children will be available for the convenience of bowlers.
