The problem of leaking roof at the Youth and Community Center has existed for some time, and the council felt that the problem should be corrected as soon as possible. Thus, $6,000 of the $90,000 to be transferred, will be used to repair the roof at the community building. Renovation of the city hall is being planned along with construction of the new station. According to preliminary plans submitted by Lobsiger, both the downstairs and upstairs portions of the building will be remodeled.
