(Continuer from Page One) Section Three —oOo— BERNE-PLEASANT MILLS - The Bears didn't have much trouble with the Spartans in the season opener, winning by 17 points, and there doesn't seem to be any valid reason for a different result. We pick BERNE. oOo ADAAAS CENTRAL-MONMOUTH - The Greyhounds lost to the Eagles by 12 points in the season opener, but gave the Eagles a terrific battle before bowing out in the county tourney semi-final by only two points. However, we can't overlook that tremendous season record of the Eagles. We pick MONMOUTH. —oOo— BERNE-MONMOUTH—The county's top-ranking teams met once during the season, with the Eagles handing the Bears a 16-point setback on a neutral court. While we seriously doubt there is that much difference between these two fine ball clubs, we can't go behind the records. We pick MONMOUTH. —oOo— PETE, the PICKER has picked his picks.
